The Journey

They say a journey begins with a single step in our case it may have began more with a leap.  August 8, 2011 we began looking at the possibility of retiring and living outside the United States.  Who would have thought that today we would be preparing to leave tomorrow morning October 12th for Ecuador.  We have in the last two months gone through every item in our home, had a garage sale, packed and moved Mom back home to Jefferson and distributed many of our belongings among family and friends in preparation for this adventure.  What started as a decision to retire someplace cheap has developed into a journey of God's leading.  We welcome you to join us on this journey.
